The high automation processing capacity extends over a covered area of about 8,000 square metres inside which one can find:
• A fully automated electronic pre-calibration line in bins with a capacity up to 25 t/h;
• Three electronic calibration and packaging lines for a total working capacity that reaches 40t/h.
• Four weighing lines coupled with 16 packers for a capacity of about 22 t/h and different solutions for customers: VERTBAG from 500 g to 3 kg; GIRSAC from 500 g to 3 kg;
The facility also includes a large refrigerated storage area for fresh fruit of about 2,000 tonnes. It allows the fruit to remain better conserved, preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the integrated production, and ensuring it is always accessible for handling.
